After breakfast at your hotel, your local guide will meet you at the hotel lobby. Then you will be driven to the Cooking School which is certificated by the Hangzhou government. Upon arrival, you will have a meet and greet with the chef. After a short instruction by the chef, you will get some basic knowledge about how to make dumplings.
As the traditional Chinese food, Dumplings has such long history over 1,800 years they were originally used as the treatment for fending off the cold in winter.
The course consists of four main steps including Dough making, Wrapper making, Stuffing making and Dumpling Making.
During lunch time, you will be brought to a local restaurant to enjoy your Chinese lunch.
In the afternoon, you will return back to the cooking school and continue the lesson. When you finish the lesson, you will be returned back to your hotel in Hangzhou.
