Thin Pancake
Thin Pancake is also named Spring Pancake. It is thin, tender and savory. It is often eaten in festivals such as the Tomb-sweeping Day, the Spring Festival. It is not difficult to make. First, fry suitable amount of meat and vegetable. Its filling material is not limited. Pork, chicken, beef are all good choices. Then, add suitable amount of water in flour and stir it into paste. Fry the paste in a pot. When it is fully cooked, it becomes a round pancake. Put the filling on the pancake and roll the pancake. When eating it, you may add chili sauce, sweet paste, which can make the snack more delicious.
