Nín hǎo, wǒ néng wéi nǐ nín zuò shénme?
Hello. What can I do for you?

♦B:您好,我预订了今晚的房间,我要登记入住。
Nín hǎo, wǒ yùdìng le jīn wǎn de fángjiān, wǒ yào dēngjì rùzhù.
Hello.I have a reservation for this evening and I would like to check in.

A:当然可以,请问您的姓名?
Dāngrán kěyǐ, qǐngwèn nín de xìngmíng?
Certainly.Can I have your name please?

♦B:我叫宋奎。
Wǒ jiào sòng kuí.

Yes.it’s songkui.

♦A:稍等,找到了。您住5晚是吧?
Shāo děng, zhǎodào le. Nín zhù 5 wǎn shì ba?
Wait a moment.Here it is.You’re staying for five nights. Is that correct?

♦B:对。
Duì.
That’s right.

♦A:好的,我需要刷您的信用卡,看看您的护照或者别的证件。
Hǎo de, wǒ xūyào shuā nín de xìnyòngkǎ, kàn kàn nín de hùzhào huòzhě bié de zhèngjiàn.
Ok,I need to swipe your credit card to see your passport or some photo ID.

♦B:给你。
Gěi nǐ.
Here you are.

♦A:谢谢。还要让您在我们的客人登记本上登记。您在这里写上名字、地址、然后在这儿签字。 
Xièxiè. Hái yào ràng nín zài wǒmen de kèrén dēngjì běn shàng dēngjì. Nín zài zhèlǐ xiě shàng míngzì, dìzhǐ, ránhòu zài zhèer qiānzì.
Thank you.I’ll also need you to sign our guest book.Could you fill in your name and address here and then put your signature here.

♦B:好了。
Hǎo le.
There you go.

♦A:谢谢。我给您116号房间。这是您的门卡,房间在一楼。您需要让服务员把行李送到房间吗?
Xièxiè. Wǒ gěi nín 116 hào fángjiān. Zhè shì nín de mén kǎ, fángjiān zài yī lóu. Nín xūyào ràng fúwùyuán bǎ xínglǐ sòng dào fángjiān ma?
Thank you.I’m going to give you room 116.Here’s your room card.It’s on the first floor. Do you need our server to carry your baggage to your room?

♦B:不用了,谢谢。我自已可以拿。
Bùyòng le, xièxiè. Wǒ zìyǐ kěyǐ ná.

No,thank you,I can manage.

您(nín) : the respectful form of "you"

了(le) : a modal particle

请(qǐng) : please

姓(xìng) 名(míng) :name

稍(shāo) 等(děng) : wait a moment

房(fáng) 间(jiān) :room

房(fáng) 卡(kǎ) : room card

了 le
