Dear Jane,

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the team of Absolute China Tours, especially you and our guides. You skillfully organized the tour, we appreciate your attention to our needs and wishes during the trip.

We enjoyed staying at the hotels in Suzhou,Huangshan and Hangzhou. Excellent service, rooms, good nutrition, the hotels are really 4 star class. Hotel food corresponds the status of the aboved mentioned hotels. We would recommend to visiting Jade Buddha Temple in Shanghai, a part of our programme.

It would be good to make visiting of the hot springs in Huangshan, an essencial park of the itinerary there. It is nice that you don't offer so many excursions to " Plants and Tactories". One or two is quite enough.

Anyway, we are pleased with the journey and hope to get your offer of a tracking program in south China.

Kind regards,

From Chloe (America)

Hi Nicole,

We are back from our China trip. It was great. So much to see and do! The Great Wall was the best part of the trip for me. Our tour guides were there to greet us and help us find our way.

The hotel in Xi'an was beautiful. The breakfast there was great, the best of the three cities. Our tour guide in Xi'an - Helen - was the best tour guide we could ask for. I highly recommend her.

Hi Zoe,

We have been back from our fabulous tour of China for a couple of days now. I would like to again say a very sincere thank you for all your organisation and assistance on the trip. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and have had our eyes opened to the real China. The two guides, Ling Ling in Beijing and Echo in Xian were fantastic. Both very considerate and thoughtful, flexible and knowledgeable. We have and will continue to promote Absolute China Tours to any one who asks us about travelling to China.

Again a very sincere thank you from both Coleen and myself for a truly memorable trip to China.

Kind regards

Solar Eclipse 2009 Flashback

Solar Eclipse 2009 Flashback

The solar eclipse of 22 July 2009 was the longest total solar eclipse during the 21st century, not to be surpassed until June 2132. It lasted a maximum of 6 minutes and 39 seconds off the coast of Southeast Asia, causing tourist interest in eastern China, Japan, India and Nepal. This was the second in the series of three eclipses in a one-month period, with two minor penumbral lunar eclipses, first on July 7 and last on August 6.

Fortunately Absolutechinatours is based in Hangzhou, east China, we are glad that we could experience it with our customers, some are eclipse-chasers, some are eclipse -virgins". It's thankful that they sent back the photos, videos, and so on, that we believe with their help we can provide our customers with better travel experience!
